Crockett Band Parents Association, Inc. Picnic
An event held at the end of summer band and near the first of the school year with a purpose of meeting new band parents, introducing new (and old) band parents to the functions of the band and the band parents association for the coming school year. The picnic is normally held at a City Park and usually features a short performance by the band.

Banquet
An annual banquet held traditionally at the end of the school year. Consists of dinner, awards for current school year, and announcement of student band leaders (drum major(s), rank leaders, and officers) for the coming year. May include special presentations, dance, etc., as determined by student band leaders.
