Elected Officers

Band president - Elected by the returning band members. The president of the band organizes various officers projects throughout the school year. He/She and the staff of officers meet and make plans for activities such as parties, lock-in, special projects, and the band banquet. The president informs the directors and the Band Parents' Executive Board of the status of events and the concerns of the officers when assistance is needed for their projects.
Drum Majors - Selected by the directors with a voting input by returning band members. The audition process includes marching, conducting, and an interview. This person is responsible, along with the directors, for student morale and discipline and for the coordination of the rank leaders, as well as acting as field conductor and on-field manager for half-time shows and contest performances.
Leaders Appointed by Directors
Pit manager - Responsible for the movement of pit equipment for rehearsals and performances. ***Also responsible for the reporting of maintenance concerns of all pit equipment.

Section Leaders - selected by the directors after an audition process which seeks to evaluate musical ability, marching ability, and leadership skills. These students assist in teaching drill, maintaining student morale and discipline, and preparing for and cleaning up after rehearsals.
